I don't recall that story in the book.....Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
the first chicken along with the backbones finished at about 4 hours, the other 2 chickens finished about 35 minutes apart after that. when all 3 chickens were picked clean, I got about 6.5lbs of meat put into 1lb bags and then into the freezer.the turkey legs took about 3ish hrs.the pork butt took about 9hrs, got shredded and delivered. the meat loaf is not pictured, cause its in the fridge till tomorrow when I slice it up and put it in bags for future use.all in all a good day and lots of meat got put into the freezer.
He told me about jumping out a barack window to get into a tussle once but this sounds like a different story....
Since you have an academy sports in your area, they sell B&B brand pellets which are supposed to be approved as one of the top brands. Walmart may have them as well. If they do, they should be about $11 for a 20lbs bag.I mostly use hickory for just about everything, every once in a while i will use some apple when i do pork ribs.
