Everything a growing boy needs....or maybe a shrinking boy. I'm back on low carb and down 10 so far. 20 to go.
Yep. 195-205 is my fighting weight. Sitting at 218 now. I could carry 220 fine when I was lifting regularly. I gave up weight training for cardio and push ups/pull ups/ and ab work. And stretching. the other thing people forget as they get older. I spend much more time stretching now than I ever did.
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb. I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.
I pulled a shoulder muscle the other day reaching for that third chocolate cookie!
