The article states that the woman intends to keep on fighting.......WHAT?  Can't really appeal a Lawsuit that's ruled in your favor can you?

Taxpayers can't fix stupid........but we STILL have to pay for it!  Maybe we can develop a FIX for helping STUPID flourish, multiply and grow?

Probably not for long as I’d bet she doesn’t have the money for it and a $.04 previous record doesn’t scream jackpot!

Loser pays might be a good thing.  Stop a lot of the contingency lawsuits

I have always said for years that for all of these "contingent" lawsuits where the attorney only gets paid if they win, the claimant's attorney should pay all of the defendants attorney fee's, expert witnesses, court costs etc... if they lose. That would stop a whole bunch of BS lawsuits if they had skin in the game. Now it is a numbers game. If they have 10 of them and hit big on one it pays for all 10 plus a new yacht for all the partners.   :angry:
