there's a couple black conservative podcast guys i see every now and then and their take was, "sure you can have the money, but you have to renounce your citizenship and leave back to Africa. you get your money and we get to get rid of you."

Well as long as we are talking about a relatively small sum, I guess that may be a good deal for everyone else.
