You know as a guy who always used his Ford trucks that alum bed crap really irked me. However, after living in hippy land & viewing first hand how the majority of these trucks are not used and or just for soccer moms to haul camp chairs to the next everybody gets a ribbon event I'm not surprised they went that route. At first I thought it would really hurt them in the long run. Reality is I still wouldn't own a 1/2 ton if I had a truck so what does it really matter? Furthermore my jeep gets worked harder than just about every truck in my addition.....

(tip pinky in the air and read with Robin Leach voice) My stepmother and Dad have a snow-bird home out there and are avid golfers. She comes old money and he's totally blue collar, but is a decent scratch golfer, so gets along with the blue bloods ok. For Christmas gifts, they are paying for all the kids and families to come stay out there during spring break and vacation with them in the not so crazy heat. If you're not too far out from there, I would venture to say I might (not) buy a new ford and come see ya! But in all seriousness, I'll be there for almost 10 days.
