It works just as good as a dehydrator. I just set the oven to 170 for 6-8hrs.

I sprinkle mortan tenderquick cure 1tbsp/lb and whatever seasoning I feel like using that day. sit in fridge for a day.

This time i cheated and used weber smokey mesquite.
