For your study and familiarity. The Maryland Heights Police Dept has put together a layman's guide to recognizing hazardous explosives type material. Darned shame that we might need to know this stuff, but with the potential of un vetted immigrants that the Obama traitor let in, we may need to get smart on this.

well not all are illegal.  The tannerite recipe is in there.
