Well I went to the auction. I only bought 3 pickup loads of stuff if you don't count what I crammed in the Ramcharger. Pics to follow when I get around to it. But a abbreviated inventory of my scores is as follows.

27 or so 4Bbl carbs. Some Holley carbs for assorted Fords dating back to 50's T birds. Some Q-Jets including two 402 Pickup models, Some old Auto-lites, some Motorcraft, and a bunch of old afb's and assorted others.

A few 100 hub caps. 1940/50/60's Olds, Pontiac, Dodge, Caddy, Packard you name it. About 65 sets of 4.

40 5 gallon buckets of assorted junk. Speedo cables, gauges, hood ornaments, emblems, dash parts you name it.

About 125 flywheels and  about the same amount of flexplates.

Almost new Ford 8.8 Disk brake axle (guessing explorer)

About 100 pair of valve covers...

20 or so 1950's steering wheels.

145 CV equipped brand new drive-shafts

And other junk I didn't need.

The kids were thrilled helping me load/unload it all LoL

My wife and I decided it might be fun to spend next summer selling at swap meets. I figured I'd up the inventory a few notches LoL

They should all be happy I didn't buy the 74 Vette Roadster that was largely in boxes LoL

Nate....nah sorry these are all driveshafts. I have no clue what they fit for the most part. The price was such I largely bought them for the tube. Remains to be seen what I will do with them at this point.

Yeah Ken and it's hard to find guys that can even rebuild a carb these days LoL I honestly bought most of this stuff because I felt someone somewhere might need some of it. It's not every day you find take off parts that were taken off of 1940's 1950, and 60's cars and trucks when they were less than a year old. Most of the parts are tagged with the date of removal and a rough application also... Our twin daughters were helping us sort out the hub caps yesterday. They now know the crests and such of many manufactures of cars that most there age have never heard of. Even our granddaughter got into it, she was very fond of the old Packard hub caps.

It was like flash cards with hub caps... worth the cost of buying just to see them learn.

No kidding. We are one of only a couple shops that will mess with them in this town, and my 20 something year old "tech" gets all crosseyed when we get an older car in for a tune-up. I think he actually goes pale when we have to replace some points! lol

Ahh the innocence of the youth these days!

Nice score of parts Norm.
Anything that would be home on a '69 mustang? 351w and auto?
