do you even lift?!

Dawg25385:
I don't work out nearly as much as i should....

But the weird thing is, get me out in the lawn doing landscaping or projects and I'm like the dang Tasmanian devil. I'll sweat through an entire ball cap, till it's dripping off the brim, and through a whole t-shirt and keep goin' till the sunset forces me inside.

Don't know what it is, but i wish i could channel that motivation to be more disciplined with going to the gym.

Actually I do
Dumbells, bench other stuff which I guess is not actually lifting. Core (Which is not lifting) Aerobics (Which is not lifting), Hustling everything heavy I can find whenever I can during the day to keep the burn going, (That might be lifting) and working all the time (Which is not lifting)

I believe that lifting those bumpers qualifies.

Flyin6:
Yep, sure does.
I discovered that just moving around daily can be a decent workout. So I pick up the hi-lift and curl it 25 times before putting it down.

The sheets of T-111?? carried them over my head, balanced somewhat and did military presses with them. Why just tonight I picked up seven, no, eight Oreo cookies and stored them for safe keeping around my waist!

Atkinsmatt:
Everything like water , cookies, Cornbread, BBQ is easier carried right there.

Lifting my eyelids can be difficult, as are 12oz curls, followed by cheese curls......walking around all day chasing after dogs hunting ditch parrots is a workout, chasing after grouse is tourture on the shins (dead falls) and is like me gambling........I loose my @ss!
