That sounds pretty good.

Give this one a try.

Mustard Vinegar Sauce

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Yellow mustard
1/4 cup onion finely minced
2 cloves garlic pureed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Combine ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

For a smoother sauce, blend on high for a few minutes.

Nate I wasn't sure I liked the cider flavor so much. I may try 50/50 white and cider next time.

Tossed the first batch and went with this. Much better. Still needs tweaking.

1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup white vinegar
2tbs Tabasco
2tbs black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbs mustard
3 tbs ketchup

Bring to a boil then cool

I love vinegar based sauce....I add some butter to mine when I serve it (have to keep it warm and stir it cause it separates quickly) but it is good!
