Title: Wireless HDMI transmitter
Post by: Farmer Jon on May 17, 2020, 08:19:00 AM
I need suggestions on a good wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver. I want to get my Dish network in the bedroom of the camper. The unit is wired up with coax cable but the new Dish box is HDMI.
We also take the tv outside for football games and such. So I need to get the signal out there also.
On my old camper I just ran a HDMI cable to the bedroom and for outside tv I just drilled a hole and ran the cable out. Not an option here.

I have a peerless that I used for a while. It was ok. Occasionally it would only transmit video and no sound.

I have it sitting in a box. It’s yours
If you want it. Just shoot me an addy

Your other option is a
Balun over coax. Like this

Basically it converts tour hdmi to run over the coax and then back to hdmi. And includes IR repeater
