With your superb ability to spot deals on CL and FBMP I’d look for some used wheelsSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So I did consider grinding calipers but it’s a lot…..I’m looking at wheels and it’s a work truck. For the price of bling aluminum in 20’s I’d rather have some Detroit Steelies I think, American made to boot. Simple and strong, makes sense to me for this truck. https://detroitsteelwheel.com/products/Thinking set of smoothies in low gloss white powder.

Can't go wrong with centerlines imo.Should be stout enough.
I love it when I’m right with other people’s money…..I like those..Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Oklawall ya just jinxed me……Apparently builder used a crank saver on that low mileage motor rebuild….. gunna have flywheel cut open to fit crank Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Don't be a baby. Trim it off
In English for the noobs on here? Lip on the flywheel won’t fit over the crank?
I bet the seal saver sleeve was not seated all the way. Since the lip is factory, they would have comped for that.
Let me tell you the struggle was real and I’m glad that’s on. Had to cut the ARP flex bolts down .150 on lathe so that they wouldn’t bottom out in the crank. Yes, they are hard…..Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb. I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

Mine are awaiting reconstruction of the rest of the motor. Looking good though. My factory front and rear mains both have the same seal savers. Need to figure out how to drive them.
Never actually seen the inside of a locking hub before, what’s diffrnt with a waren brand?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
