Milled the upper lip off the throttle body. Still have to break the screw off the throttle shaft, milling should do it.

I like Hoss and Chief does fit that better. Cute big pup there.

Had a couple coons getting the cat food. Trapped them and let em go. I was going to terminate, but the kids,,,,,,,,,

Finished the platform on the treehouse, time for sides/roof.

Started the tearoff for the room addition. Going to tarp it off for the build. Out of sight from the street, this will keep the neighbors happy. 12x16 including stairs, only sticks up about 5 feet.

Glade you having a good time still. Last time I was there we stayed in trailers right next to Sea World (RC aircraft stuff)

Easy to drop lost of $$ in this wonderful state.

I don't mind bikes cutting a little but they get irate and expect to much sometimes. Now you have to yield to bicycles if there is not 3 ft between you them and they ride side by side on narrow roads.

Watched a couple kids in winco on WIC trying to come up with .26$ to get a sheet of posterboard. They had plenty of soda and dip and all the free bags they could use I pay for.

Sorry guys, not a great day,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Glad they are OK. I hate the smell of airbags, but they do their job.

Time for another Traverse?

So that board is sealed, then its taped then they seal with wrap again?

Or does this just let you skip the regular wrap?

Have fun, sound like a great time!

That is what we used on my garage build. Went around every 3ft of the original frame and 3/4 rod into the new sections.

Tats are the new fad. I see dead drop gorgeous women covered, looks like sheet.

Yeah, the bag thing is crap. I call it the cost of business but here it goes into a fund now for who knows what? Probably for DeCrapia's and Gore's private plane. Only at grocery stores though, not regular stuff. Oh and if you are on welfare or such, you don't get charged CRV and can have all the bags you want!

I agree Sean. Some nice corner plates with a few of these and it will never move. Specially with another floor on there and some wind!

I like the SDS bolts with hangers.

Thats a lot of work there BD. Looking good.

See you haven't got to the trailer awning yet.

You going to put something around the edge of the gravel to stabilize it so the tank doesn't keep pushing it out? Lots of lbs there!

Looks like we are sleeping out. Slime motels are $500 a night. Saw a few for $1200.

Its only 1 day really, well about 30 hours. Salem area will be crazy everywhere so I plan to go up via Bend. Much more to see and we plan on being there the night before.

Whats wrong a with a standard 3 point? So much dedicated stuff on something that should be simple.

Decided we are going up to see the eclipse next week. About a 1000 mile round trip and the kids miss a day of school.

But we figure its a once in a lifetime here in the states, so its a go. I have seen partials and the kids keep talking about it, so what the heck.

Going up early sunday (no wife unit) in my moms camry. Maybe find a motel a hour or so away and do the final trip miles in the AM. All online motels close are booked so a little more searching is in order on that side. Otherwise we sleep out, see the bugger and drive home.

TRN that is a nice site but I noticed it does not take into account the depth of the footing. Depth will make a diff since you do get side loading. Now if he is only going down 2ft I doubt it would make a any difference at all. I know when we did my 2nd story footing they were 4ft under the current foundation, but just 2ft wide.

To support the addition I am about to do, I plan on a 12in footing, 3ft deep.

Thanks Tate. The more I read the more I like the Esab Rebel. A lot on youtube and a few other sites. I see the Tweco brand on it sometimes, looks like the parent co.

I have been thinking about a stick machine and wanted a Tig machine for some time. The Rebel does it all (cept alum tig). I also saw it welds 1/4 inch on 120ac very well and adjusts to the user in use.

So with what it would cost to have other machines and upgrade mine, I find it is cheaper to get 1 machine that does it all. The miller seems to hold its value very well also and mine looks new.

This would be a great welder for someone with a farm/ranch needing to do it all in a 40lb machine.

How did they seal the floor? 9 foot ceiling and 2x6 outer walls?

Is there a number on the cam? I still keep getting parts for mine.

8536
Just release the bag pressure via the schrader valve. Keep the tank and pump out of the loop.

8537
I take it you are getting a GM, right?

Looks like a good system. Does it only adjust manually? Auto leveling would be nice, load and forget.

Would a one way valve work to the bags? Would be nice not to keep the system pressureized, just the bags.

I haven't felt or heard any clunks. It just wants to wander in the lane and sometimes I feel a change in resistance as I'm turning the steering wheel.

You'll hear the clunk when you hit a bump.

On the trans cooler, did some reading. Seems like real world driving only yields 10-20 cooler. Lot of coin for 20*, but it all helps.

I have the ATP on the 1500 sub, but selling it. Discount here sure likes em.

Now my Cooper STTs are doing great. Still around 1/4+ tread on em so it looks like next year for new ones. However I will go AT this time. Between the noise and the wear I want more.

As for Nitto vs BFG. My nittos wore out fast, like Toyos better. Haven't BFG in a long time (price)

The dealer I go to has the Esab's and they come with the tweko guns. Temped if they would swap out for the 15ft gun.

I don't doubt its a great cooler. I just thought it was a little pricey.

I hope it works better than my Banks cooler. 1k, didn't do a thing.

Must have video,,,,,,,,,,

8549
Just found out my 211 will not take a 15ft gun. I was looking to upgrade as I always seem to be right at the end welding gun.

So do I upgrade to the new 211 (or better) or just live with it?

The new 211 is smaller and has a better drive system and will handle the 15ft gun.

Then there is the Esab I hear so much about but not sure if there is a local dealer. Have a welder supply in town and a fastenal. Better dealer is 30 minutes away, but where I go for my gas.

I have gone through several upper ball joints. Hard to diagnose but sounds like a clunk when driving. You have to jack up the lower a arm to find it. Can't tell if you jack up the whole truck or with weight on the wheel.
