So, Bobby...being the calculating trained warrior NCO that you are. Take the appropriate action, Execute!
your standard grunt level CQB is just putting rounds and rounds on scary stuff till it stops scaring you!
Mainly I just wanted to bust your chops, ya know standard pilot/grunt stuffBut really, put down a starting weight as in body weight, and periodically post up where you are...

Nailed us!
When you forget to put your shaker ball in your two scooper shake! The struggle is real! Got any updates??
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb. I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.
Hey Bobby-I've been using a Fitbit (Fat Bit for me) and a phone app that sync. with it called "my fitness pal"

The My Fitness Pal works on IPads as well, if you take a pic of the bar code on the foods you eat, assuming it has one, it automatically uploads it for you.But now that you mentioned you have and have been using the FitBit, you should throw up a review.
I used to wear a FitBit HR, but ditched it because it just told me how I didn't work out enough lol

PM me your address and I'll send ya mine
That's why mine is my "Fatbit" since I'm not quite "fit" yet, well except the pants did, and now are loose! See- nothins' FIT
Serious, I haven't used it in months... I'd rather give it to someone I know. I can't get used to not wearing my g-shock. If you don't like it, mail it back. If you're at all interested let me know, even if it's just to try out. I will say it syncs with the iPhone app really well, but I didn't need an app to tell me I sat on my ass at my desk all day, I already knew that lol
I was working out like crazy and riding my bike 100 miles a week and still not losing weight. My doctor sat me down and broke the news. You are what you eat, NOT what you exercise.

Man, that is good news. Can't wait to tell my wife she is wrong about a few beers a day being bad. Don't think I will tell her it is the food she cooks that is the problem though.
don't you hate "breaking" something then having to read the instructions you blew off........yup, we're guys!
Sorry, couldn't find the instructions...
Take some pics Bobby! Its for a good cause.
Congrats Bobby. And thank you for your service
Good going Bobby!
