I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb. I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.
Sounds like the clutching bearing on the alternator might haveSeized. When that happens, it doesn't "ratchet" to absorb the belt harmonics.Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Will prob be a week before anything happens... Will be staying up in Seattle most of next week for work. After tonight won't be home till Thursday Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Any update on this? Otherwise I was going to suggest removing the A/C compressor belt as well when you remove the main belt. I had the A/C belt tensioner fail and lock up once.
Hmm... I'll have to see if my CU offers that. I likely will not be keeping the Allstate plan if it does not cover what they told me it covers. Feeling like I was bait and switched.
I do that very drive several times a year. So many places to sit per say. I use them to cat nap.
Thanks! I've driven it a few times.... That stretch between Sacramento and Burbank is killer at night... And I'm one of the types that gets real sleepy when driving at night.Story time... Was cruising down the freeway on that long boring stretch of I-5 on my way down once, in my old Tahoe, think I had the cruise at 90, maybe a smidge over. Dead of night, no lights anywhere. Then WHAM out of nowhere a Highway Patrol is on me, passes me and pulls in front of me in the right lane. Then starts braking to slow me down to about 80, then took off like a rocket. Was pretty cool that he just slowed me down versus stop me, but startled the crap out of me. Literally have no idea where he came from. Might as well have been a UFO at the time haha
All work and no play RIGHT?Should get to 80 here also and no wind today. Been a very windy month here in Bullhead City AZ
