Ok, since i haven't got the full esn yet, i filled the extra number in with one that gave me a 5.9 b series with the p7100 inline pump, built in Aug of 1995. Close enough.
Minimum pressure to the injection pump at high idle must be 18 psi.
Didnt see if this was covered. But this is the first step, aside from making sure you have fuel in  the tank lol

Back on the truck today. It took longer than I expected, but I solved the Proportioning valve problem. The top aft line was not screwed in, because it simply did not fit.

Going with JR's recommendation, I picked up a master brake fitting selection from summit. With this I was able to figure out the fittings I needed. It helped me determine what fittings to select for the master cylinder as well

Something like this with an inverted flare seemed to be the strongest candidate, but this fitting does not accept another fitting to adapt to the 3/16 SAE thread

After trying everything and coming up null, I spied my selection of steel lines. I grabbed a 1/4" line and it screwed right in like it was meant to!

But...The 1/4" line was too large for the master cyl, and I had no way to reduce the line to 3/16"...what to do??

So to capture this for future generations, the aft port is 7/16 X 24 and I used a fitting with a 3/16" bore

Now the interesting part is that the 95 Dodge 2500 master cylinder which utilizes a hydro brake setup is metric. So the top of the line requires a M10 X 1.5 with a 3/16" bore. If you get these two fittings and have the ability to flare your own line, then you can adapt the later (Much mo-better hydro brake system to the earlier brake system

I stacked some stainless washers onto both sets of studs to space the valve inward toward vehicle center to make it easier to work on.

Luckily, I had made the lines plenty long enough, so I decided to simply re-engineer the existing line by adding the new fittings to make it all fit

That is a nice set. Do you have the little buttons for the double flare? Brake lines require a double flare.

Did you and Lane ever touch bases?

Then I bled the master cylinder, reattached the lines, then bent the loops into a horizontal configuration to eliminate places for bubbles to hide, and filled the master cylinder

So with this sort of in the bag, I discovered two new problems. First I have a very strange brake pedal travel. It seems to push against a spring for 80% of its travel, then finally "bite" into some solid hydraulic pumping action. I suspect the rod length is improperly set, or the brake pedal linkage needs adjusting. All of that is either adapted or homemade

And secondly, I have this to deal with:

Those would be two enlarging pools of brake fluid!!!!!!

A quick inspection told me, well jogged my memory. I had left the flex lines loose to the calipers because I didn't have fresh copper washers. I use them once then discard. So whenever I pulled the calipers down to fix something else, I never followed up with the new washers. I don't have any on hand so in the morrow, I'll go find some...

The lack of tight on the caliper lines may explain some of the odd pedal travel too.

Guys, he's working on the brakes, that really only leaves the engine... :beercheers:

So first of all, I made up some standoff's to positioned the brake line 1.5" further north which placed it away from the flange area and away from things

With the brake lines connected to the front calipers, I refilled the master cylinder and checked for leaks.

This time I was leak free. but there is definitely something funky with respect to that brake pedal travel that bears some teardown and investigation.

While I was in the area, I mounted the fuel pressure sending unit, and ran the wire through my previously silicone rubber bulkhead

With the gage in hand, I really do not have a good place to mount it.

That has me looking at all that wasted dash space. I am having trouble justifying keeping that stock plastic in there when a simple flat panel with a hood would free up so much space...
