Sold the excursion a while back and got this a few months ago. I’ll post the little I’ve done in the following posts. Here’s a few days after pickup

Well I started with a stock 05 excursion with sagging leaf springs and multiple oil leaks, broken injectors etc.


Now I’ve since studded it, new injectors, all new moog steering system, new gear box, new glow plugs, glow plug harnesses, injector harness, new oil cooler, no egr cooler or valve, ficm flashed, sct tunes, 4” downpipe and full exhaust, bds 8” lift, all fluids flushed, new calipers and brakes all around, steel braided lines, sulastic shackles front and rear, led headlights and dogs, updated mirrors, deep cleaned the inside, worked the exterior some, fresh undercoating, metal driver side cooler pipe vs the factory plastic, 40” maxxis m/t, ceramic tint, back up lights under the body, afe intake with sock, etc.   

Next projects are: coil spring front end, cb/ham setup install(already have it from the Jeep build), full new a/c, fan clutch(probably doing this weekend), new radio with front and rear cameras, install the winch.
