MIL-SPEC Equipment
« on: March 12, 2015, 02:38:55 PM »
so below is a list of websites that sell MIL-SPEC equipment.  I am by no means trying to advertise for these websites and or trying to say that one is better than the other.  I am simply trying to offer NON-MIL personnel alternatives to acquire MIL-SPEC Equipment.

I have used equipment from some of these places before and I can tell you that it is the "real deal".  The Military does in fact order from some of these places as well, and can stand up to a LOT OF ABUSE.

also some of these sites were in fact started by prior Military personnel.  which means that they truly do know what they are talking about.

this is by no means an all inclusive or complete list.  if somebody knows more, please feel free to add tham or PM me the link and ill add it to this one.

Thanks Nate,  I had some of them already bookmarked but the others make nice additions.

Now to go order me one of them SF berets.....
Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.

What I need is someone to go in with me on a bulk once fired 5.56 brass buy.  its about 13.5lbs per 1000 rounds and there are some lots as small as 3000-4000 pounds......

My thought is that if you don't already have one because you were/are in SF, you'll look.........how do I say it...........FRENCH

These are near you Nate.  That 4700 lb lot might be worth a drive

The only thing near me is 5780lbs of 20mm spent brass.  I don't think I have the reloading set up for the 20mm....

are you wanting to reload it or scrap it?

Reload, Nate.  I've been buying once fired LC for some time now.  There is also actually money to be made if you sell it by the flat rate box full.  Tumble it clean and slap it in the box and off it goes.
