Real hill right there. In the future you will be able to get your exercise by just walking down the driveway, then running back up, say 5-6 times in a row. Trudging around up there all the time when there. Plus coming from MSL to 5200ft, it actually feels pretty good.

Do you mean put the well in a spring?

With the new pad, find a spot for septic that lets me expand the pad as needed. This winter pick a home and get the plans submitted for building next spring.
That looks like it should do the trick for light Jr. No additional cup holders in the new seatSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hope you don't mind JR....Spypoints Phil. That's why it says Spypoint on the pics. :)Same ones I've was using for deer hunting (before AZ banned them on water holes), and Idaho. Pretty awesome for the price as long as you can get 2 bars of cel service. My Idaho ones are just taking pics...no cel service on my property.
Hang a sign on the container, Owner shoots long range competitively, if you are reading this are you within range?
First trip will be just to stake out the road and pad. Maye move a little dirt.Pad is easy but the left turn in the road is pretty rocky, might be dozer work there.
