I tried that rodent, didn't think much of it. Like everything it tasted like over fried chicken.
Peruvian people are dealing with an ongoing election recount between a right leaning guy and a full on socialist currently. Guy I stayed with is worried his place in Paracus will get nationalized if the bad guy wins...seems everyone there is on edge waiting for the results. That and they were hit extremely hard by Covid. Hope to go back but not until things chill out a bit.
