Discovered a new tool last night - UniDolly
« on: October 20, 2015, 01:44:42 PM »
I've borrowed a cargo trailer from a friend's dad a few times now and upon returning it last night we got to talking about my truck, his suburban, trailers, etc... then he tells me that he's headed to SEMA in a couple weeks. So I asked "what for?" and then he showed me -- he owns and manufactures the "Uni-Dolly"

www.uni-dolly.com

Has multiple attachments for lifting/clamping vehicles, boats, axles, transmissions, engines so you can work on them. At a fairly reasonable price too.  I'm not trying to make any kind of sales pitch, just wanted to share with all my fellow gear-heads. :)

Oh, and it is 100% built in the US of A.

That is cool!
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb.  I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

If you put a few of the HD models, maybe :)

Rick (owner) told me that each caster has a 1200lb capacity.

How much does Sarge weigh?

Heck, just 24 wheels would work. Drop in the bucket for SD.
