Are you going build a camp trailer? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So the new job means a move?
Headed up to Cambridge today by train. Just now getting back to London. So far the trip has been good, good meetings, good food, fostering good relationships with colleagues on this side of the pond. Had an extremely extravagant hot chocolate last night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Looking good. You can also smear a little layer of grease on them before painting Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I always enjoy watching this build. The shop is almost clinically clean, earmarks of a real professional approach to building(Sadly, I am not that way...;-(

Watched my daughter take first place overall in her category in her dance competition for her solo. #proudpapaSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

popped the ring gear off. came off no issue one side of the carrier bearing set slipped right off (japanese stuff. so it looks like it’s been done at least once before) documenting shims to have a better idea of where to start.. the other wide fought me pretty hard.. and is still winning. need to get a bearing splitter i suppose. note the rollers loose inside the race
Just a sprinkle there Ken. My spypoint is on the fritz. Was taking pics like crazy, shut it down, now no pics.Congrats Charles, PP.
that puller is awesome. tate.. when can i expect one?? hahah
Why would you ever disagree with Ken when it involves auto stuff. I am betting he knows he is right before he posts.
Moving sucks!
Well Nate, you brought all the moving on yourself. I thought you retired and was going to enjoy life. I suppose you used the veteran's preference when you applied for the state job.
Picked this up Thursday. Needs a few small adjustments and some of the welds look like the rice wasn't done all the way.
Sent you a pm Jon. But basically you're just building multiple 12v batteries using 2-6v Batts as a set. So think of it as 3- 12v batteries instead of one big one.
