Gun Violence Prevention and Community Safety Act of 2020
« on: June 27, 2020, 09:53:18 PM »
Shown Here:
Introduced in House (01/30/2020)
Gun Violence Prevention and Community Safety Act of 2020

This bill makes various changes to the federal framework governing the sale, transfer, and possession of firearms and ammunition. Among other things, the bill does the following:

generally requires individuals to obtain a license to purchase, acquire, or possess a firearm or ammunition;
raises the minimum age—from 18 years to 21 years—to purchase firearms and ammunition;
establishes new background check requirements for firearm transfers between private parties;
requires law enforcement agencies to be notified following a firearms-related background check that results in a denial;
creates a statutory process for a family or household member to petition a court for an extreme risk protection order to remove firearms from an individual who poses a risk of committing violence;
restricts the import, sale, manufacture, transfer, or possession of semiautomatic assault weapons and large capacity ammunition feeding devices;
restricts the manufacture, sale, transfer, purchase, or receipt of ghost guns (i.e., guns without serial numbers);
makes trafficking in firearms a stand-alone criminal offense;
requires federally licensed gun dealers to submit and annually certify compliance with a security plan to detect and deter firearm theft;
removes limitations on the civil liability of gun manufacturers;
allows the Consumer Product Safety Commission to issue safety standards for firearms and firearm components;
establishes a community violence intervention grant program; and
promotes research on firearms safety and gun violence prevention.

Question 1:  How do these morons make it to high offices?

Question 2:  How do they remain there?

Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.

Don that's easy, handouts.  Get in a depressed, socially-economically depressed welfare area tell them how much free stuff they will get if they elect them!!!  thats is how those clowns get elected.  Then brainwash the children in the local pubic schools to think like this and bingo you have the Mornon show.  This is right out of the Communist play book is exactly what the soviets did after WW2.

I think these people are incessant in their push for cultural suicide.

So, here's a thought

Why don't we just let them?

No more ambulence responses for drug overdoses.

Violent mobs can go on and do what they want. The police allow for a 1/4 mile thick perimeter around the mob where anything goes and goes uninvestigated.

We all band together and simply refuse to obey unconstitutional laws.

All law abiding citizens start to open carry, and we form our own security groups and take necessary actions. Police again just make sure everyone plays fair.

We boycott any hollywood movie or actor who speaks hatred to our nation

No attendance to NFL games, nor any television viewing for four years. At the end of that four years we dictate to the NFL what their new code of conduct will be

Everytime we purchase a chinese made anything, simply use it a bit then return it for a refund. We do this for a year or two. If China still remains a nation state, we add a year.

We openly bow and pray anywhere and anytime we want, beginning at public places and schools.

We allow hillary and her cronies to create a number of suicides upon themselves.

Any place used to worship the devil immediately becomes a waste disposal site.

Anyone sentenced to life plus anything is summarily executed

We bring back the firing squads in lieu of lethal injections

No special recognition for anyone or any group that does not need some medical assistance or other emergency care.

Abolish welfare, eliminate food stamps, but open special stores where one can pick up food in the amount of their allocation.

Offer no services, including education in any language except for english.

Unions get no special treatment

and any more good ideas my fellow patriots may have
