MAN THATS AWSOME, I REMEMBER TEACHIN MY YOUNGINS TO SHOOT, I USED TO USE THEM AS DOVE DOGS...... MY DAUGHTER COULD CATCH THEM MID AIR SHE WAS SO QUICK......KEEP IT UP....

I fully intend to teach my boy to shoot by the time he's 10-12. Depending on his general interest in it, I suppose.

The way it worked with my daughters were they had to memorize the NRA’s 10 commandments of gun safety. So that took like a whole half hour. After that being there were three of them only one shot at a time and Dad was range master / instructor who secured ammo at all times. To this day they will correct each other at the range & it’s always a competition to see who has tightest groups.

Negative, that’s a Marlin or a Winchester.....
Had one Henry in 17hmr & didn’t care for the action nor the extra round I was having to stock. So we’re back to .22LR & Mag only on the small side.

Even if they don't get into it, knowing how is a big plus! My boys love it, but my daughter just want to know how for now.
Knowing how is a good safety issue.
