Closer to twice that
7,500 sq ft that is heated (Everything is heated.
Take out the garages and it's 5,300.
We did a bedroom/bathroom for each of the kids (one jack and jill) Now they are all gone, and I am thinking it is time to sell and downsize.

Dang, i'm about 1600 with 4br and 2.5 baths. Add in the cave upstairs for another 350 or so.

I'm not bragging, rather, complaining!
Too much maintenance and a lot of time spent cleaning. New place will be 1/3 this size or smaller.
