Title: I've turned to Dewalt
Post by: JR on March 29, 2020, 03:48:10 PM
Well, cooked my Porter Cable hammer drill drilling one 5/8in hole in the garage floor.

Looks like the PC tools are not holding up well, I mean 1 flipping hole?

Since I started going dewalt at the ridge, I got a couple XR recon sets today for a killer price. Will post when received.

Also picked up a 12in chain saw for up there. $150 and 2 off brand 6 amp batteries for $45.

Sleepy cat approved.

I have this hitachi and have had it for 12 years. Never misses a beat.

Picked up a HF Bauer SDS max a couple years back for $99, been great.

Probably phase out the PC, to many tools I like but can't just replace.

May look at the 12v stuff too as I use Craftsman Nextec 12v for smaller things.

I was seeing PC all over, getting harder. Dewalt is everywhere.

Talk about the cards, my impact burned up today. Just taking a 9/16 lug of the quad, magic smoke appeared.

Was playing with 12v tools today, like,,,,,,,,,,,
