Annealing Brass

Question for you guys.  Do you guys anneal your brass between loadings?  I have some 308 brass that I have shot twice now.  Wondering if I should be annealing it before I reload it all again.

I don't generally.
I have looked into and thought about it.

My opinion is that you could likely go a few more loads yet.
If you neck size only I think it can go more still.

Some of my brass has been fired at least five times, no issues yet.
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb.  I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.
