Not surprising.
An Air Force 3-star who worked the intelligence side of things came out and said a CIA developed and DNC manipulated program was being used to change the vote. The day before the election, he described what would happen. Oddly, he seems to have predicted this exactly. He said what we will see is a direct result of this master program making small changes here and there to produce a result which would be within a margin of error and would likely not be discovered. The General confessed that we have used it in foreign elections to change those results and it worked well.
