Thanks for the prayers we made it passed 30 Jan.  He would have been 36 yesterday, very hard for a parent to out live a child.  The wife said she felt your prayers.

Just left the doctors office with a potential diagnosis of Lupus or an auto immune disorder.

More blood work, x rays, a few of the other scan I can’t remember all of it.

Might finally get to the bottom of why everything hurts so darn bad at age 35

I’d ask for prayers of wisdom for the doc and understanding and patience on my part of you fellas would

I sure will Dave

And don't give in to worry, Fear and worry are of Satan and exactly what he would want you to go to

Instead I pray hope and a bright future into your life in the name of the great physician, Jesus!

I’m with you Dave. I have an immune disorder as well. In the Book of James He tells us to face our trials with joy.

“Consider it all joy, my brothers and sisters, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.”

Plus pain is weakness leaving the body. After almost a year of this COVID junk I’m ready to get back in the gym and my vaccine should be in full effect in 2 more weeks.

I was diagnosed with Lupus when I was 19 back in 2007.  Since I have had a multitude symptoms and been on several different medications for it.  For the most part it has not affected my way of life much.  I do wish I would have payed a bit closer of attention to what my body was telling me when I was in my mid-20s.  I very likely would have avoided renal failure and a couple hospital stays.

Does this mean I need to slack off beatin down Dave's for awhile...or just this one...or continue mission???

I got bad news too Dave, but like Tex said, we should take joy in the midst of our trials, for Jesus has something much better for us down the road.

You're gonna be fine.
You may get cured
you may die from it
You may serve as a strong testimony to others in what you do and how you handle it
God is using you
He is using you here

What do you think is going on here?
God brought you here.
And look what he's done with you
Making you into a man who openly prays and stands up for what is right, and is a strong and loving father

I think God has brought everyman here for the express purpose of becoming a leader.
This is a place of training and of lessons
We share amongst each other the highs, the "everyday" and the lows
We are each on our own trajectory
And each of us ultimately lands in the exact same spot
Embrace this newest test, and shrug it off
Kick the devil square in the intersection of his legs and in the midst of pain and suffering, praise him who created you
Lead and show leadership in that way, and I think you will take a step up onto the next plateau

We got you buddy. I have chronic kidney stones, no answers for why. I have given it to Him to direct me and I can tell you Doc's are dumbfounded when I tell them I pass multiple stones a year without pain meds, some in the 5.5-6mm range. He didn't take them away like I asked for years, but made it so I can bear them and still provide for my family. Not the answer I was necessarily looking for but He took care of me none the less. we got you here.

I read some place around the first of the year "that as Christians we shouldn't need to pray about an opportunity to serve the Lord that we should all ready be prayed up and looking for the next opportunity to do just that". With that in mind I have askes the Lord to open an opportunity up so that I could serve His kingdom. Well our churches youth paster asked me to go on a mission trip with the senior high kids this summer to Utah and with my prayer in mind I couldn't say no. Keep in mind that I have a grandson that is graduating high school this month. Please pray that our mission trip will be successful and I can keep up with the teenagers.

Blessing

We will be out there from 31 July to 6 Aug and will be in West Jordan. That would have been awesome if the timing had worked out.

Thankfully that’s a pretty routine surgery and if I understand most people find out they are going to take that out in a hurry usually?

Sending prayers for guided Dr hands and Speedy recovery!

I raise up a prayer on this Independence Day. I raise both a request and a thank you. I ask the Lord Almighty, ruler over all that is, and will ever be, to save our nation from wickedness. Save us from deviating from the straight path. Save us from Sodom, and from all devices of the enemy for I surely know that you can, my Father.

Thank you, praise you for creating this nation in the first place. Conceived in the prayerful minds of Godly men you spoke through us into our decleration of independence and later into our constitution. You, through them created this place of freedom. Just as you chose to allow all of us to have freedom to choose you or the enemy, a nation greatest amongst all nations was created 245 years ago with freedoms as well. Thank you for allowing that to be. Thank you for allowing me to be born in such a place.

Watch over us. Hear the prayer of your faithful. Heal this nation allowing truth to triumph over lies. Make this a fair place once again. Do what you will to recreate our nation the way it was always intended to be. Please, Father, destroy the enemy. Wreck all his efforts, all his plans, and all his deeds which have been conceived in the darkness and are wrought of pure evil. Just give us an even chance and level playing field. Let us not be carried into the night and be changed into something the founding fathers could have scarcely ever imagined. Just as your word and the cross stands above all of Washington, cause your kingdom to reign over our nations capital, and indeed all of the people of this land.

In the name of Jesus I ask, Amen.

Gentlemen,

One of my closest friends was in a horse wreck a couple weeks back. I just spoke with my brother about it and it would appear there is little hope. Please pray that Shawn is able to make a full recovery, and that his mom has the strength to go through this trying time. I know God is in control of the situation, but it’s hard to understand His plan.

Thanks for your prayers,
Turner

I received a text that my niece, 10 years my junior was found deceased in her bed at 44 years of age.  We weren’t close but the family is grieving.  Especially on my moms side.
