Well i assume you don’t have a meter in it so the lines at the top are not hot. I don’t see a neutral on the 100 amp from the garage. You should have 2 legs of 120 and a neutral. Then your sub panel should have a separate ground rod and the panel should not be bonded to the ground. Only the service entrance panel grin d and neutral should be bonded. That’s the only place your neutral and ground are together electrically speaking. In sub panels the neutral can be current carrying and bonding it to the grounds can lead to a risk of shockSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
