That HD cover is rated to hold 1600# which is really cool IMO, obviously it holds Nate with all those foot prints. My SE model is only rated for 400# and thank goodness I don't weigh that much......
Looking good Nate - your reflection looks to be a shadow of your former selftoo!
I checked out this contraption the other day on Nate's city truck. It's beefy, I have no doubt it can hold the weight of a ATV. I do think it would require a ramp angle that would be challenging wet/snowy. A ATV winch would likely make loading safe and easy...just thinking out loud here LoL
Is this the setup they advertise can be used to haul an atv? I am looking for a way to get the wife, kid, dog, all the supplies and the atv up north without hooking up the trailer. I've been thinking about building a sled deck type support to load the atv on and still be able to get all of our supplies under the tonnue cover in the bed of the truck. Something like this would work well though.
It looks like the bed rails fully support all of the weight? Most of the commercial sled decks I have looked at have support legs to the bed of the truck. Is it just clamped to the rail in the center? Is it secured to the truck at the front or rear at all?
What does "hevemt" mean,,,,,,,,,,,,,
That truck needs some tree branch scratches Nate I never have loading docks where we use ATV's. But ditches do work ok at times agreed. Novel concept "flatbed" LoL
