Well finally was able to make it home from work yesterday afternoon due to Harvey. Had been there since Sunday morning. Wife and daughter were home alone through the whole thing. We didn't have any water damage, closest water came was about 4 ft from the garage so it was getting close. Only spent 36 hours approximately without power. Fortunately everything in the freezer stayed frozen. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was Tuesday si I wasn't able to be with her on her b-day. There are houses only a mile or so down the road that are flooded as well as many of the streets. I just thank God that he kept my family and home safe through the storm.
Chevsilvr. Praise the Lord. The pictures don't do it justice. The devastation is biblical. What part of town are you in?Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb. I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.
Rollin right along with 12k behind me
I turned 40 today, can't believe I'm saying that......Rode my mountain bike a little over 22 miles this morning and having left over sesame chicken for breakfast now. No beer to go with it so can't say it's technically the breakfast of champions. Beer will come later today and maybe some good bourbon to wash it all down.
Oh my bad. Saw the 8th character D and thought LBZ, but missed that the 3rd character isn't T for truck ;)Hybrid escalade with 6.2L... kind of ironic. I believe all Escalades have the 6.2 though, which motor do u think it should have? I think the yukon hybrid of years past had the 5.3L.
