I don't like hacking but interesting that the FBI didn't argue that WL released the truth. The emails were "un altered"

Assange has insisted that the emails (clinton/podesta) did not come from a foreign entity, and implied that they were received from someone within the DNC, so probably not a result of hacking imo.
