Does that titan tanks company not make larger tanks that you could fit?  Pretty dons burn frame is the same as the 2500 non HD frame

Ken do you own a pant suit?  You might want to put that away somewhere he can’t find or see it.  Don’t need him pulling out a dress up kit

I really like that hitch pin where you can change the height of the ball and stop using these cheap adjustable drop hitches.   My $300 b&w hitch is turned into a rusty turd, the holes where the adjustment pins slide through steel are ovaled out a little bit which makes things that much more sloppy.   Fixed hitch is my retirement dream!!

Don’t forget to lock your toe chains up also.  That doesn’t even stop them up here. They bring their own chain and lift it up from the chain and drag it away.  Or the ever so helpful batty op angle grinders make real short work of any lock now

When the app stops erroring my photo uploads I’ll add more

But windows cut out

Now I need to figure out how to move the trailer over two feet sideways in the garage so I can copy the other side.

Thinking some car dolly from ShipWreck Harbor

Tonight I got started with the window install.

First with a Bosch laser level I marked from the inside of my trailer where I wanted the windows
I found my center line, my widths and poked a hole to the outside of the trailer for further cutting

Disregard the measurements, they are widths for insulation Is all

After I turned attention to outside with some masking tape I covered my working area for two reasons.  A place to put a pencil mark and second to not scratch my trailer walls while cutting and measuring

I traced my window frame with the help of the wife, I than used the dewalt vibe saw to cut out my aluminum panels along the lines.
If you have never used one of these you should, They are amazing and super helpful.  I had never used one until the cabinet shop, we use them daily and every guy we have hired since has purchased his own for personal use

I then cut out the studs to check my window frame fit. Again I used my vibe saw. This metal isn’t exactly thin stuff but the all metal blade goes through it.

Options are more useful.   With the dual tanks one can have a problem and the other still work.
Are you lifting the truck at all? Spare tire might not fit if it’s bigger than a 33 tire

Behind the seat tank?
Transfer tank in the bed?

How large is that stove?  It’s either really small or the box you have made to hold the kitchen stuff is massive.   With that grill in there it looks like a doll house toy compared to the cabinet!!

Over the years Jr I have noticed the smell of fuel comes and goes.  Turn fuel off before travel and most bikes don’t cause a mess

I plan on carpet on the walls.  A short nap grey carpet for sound deadening and it won’t scratch

Built the horizontal supports long so I can trim as needed to position in the non consistent spacing on the wall support/studs.

I guess we could always see how warm and what toxic fumes come off by starting this thing up.  Than since most things are exposed in the build already re configure if needed.  Looking back at photos I think the location I though it was going is what your using for the kitchen sink cabinet area.

I really like the cooler also.  Group purchase?

Tires.  I believe you sad in previous you wanted to upsize tires on the burb to 37’s. If I am not correct?   I’d say stay the same wheel and tire combo on both so they can all be rotated.   Easier to rotate a set of trailer tires in to daily use and not let them dry rot like so many trailer tires do.

I thought you were mounting that shower on the outside in one of the boxes you painted already?

I watched the interview of what appeared to be a sheriff of some type.   “ we have sworn to protect the constitution, this law if passed is not constitutional......”.  Sounds like if it’s going to get messy it will get really messy and The President would have to step in.  That’s my guess.  Weather he can or should I don’t know.
