Carbon fiber barrel..

So I was out exploring and wandered into a gun shop in the area. The guy builds precision rifles and etc. He had one of the rifles he built for a customer up on the counter. Remington 700 in 6.5 Creedmore, with a carbon fiber barrel. It's stiffer than a steel barrel of the same length, has a match liner and the whole package was pretty light. I had never seen a carbon fiber barrel before, and it does seem like an interesting and weight saving option.Sorry didn't take any pics.
