OK, I don't suppose you can guess who we're rooting for?

These are my wife's ham n cheese sliders. Start with Hawaiian rolls, swiss cheese, good honey ham and tops them with a butter, garlic and parmesan cheese spread. Then bakes in the oven and clogs your arteries well.

She also made some home made salsa and has a shrimp cocktail plate. Somewhere she has a fruit pizza wrapped up as well. Will try to get pics later.....

Holy sliders...

I'm smoking some wings, will try to remember to take some pics

Wings just went on after I smoked some diced poblano peppers for the quesadilla bar

Easy one:

Jimmy Dean sausage (whole roll browned)
Brick of Velveta
Can of Rotel diced tomatoes in your spice level

Melt cheese & Rotel in Microwave and mix browned sausage- dig in with chips and your favorite "blonde"

Red and green enchiladas with black refried beans and Spanish rice.

Onions jalapeños and sour creme to top.

Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.
