A safe space sub forum sounds like a dandy idea, a target rich environment for the rest of us to hunt.

The "great dog turd thread" I felt was informative. It's not just anywhere you can discuss things of this importance. .

We learned that some here have dogs that need therapy.
We learned TRN has cats.
We learned contrary to what one might think, that by percentage, those spending big $$ on designer dog food, have dogs who lets say...... recycle.
Did I mention we learned that TRN has cats with apparently no odd eating habits?

These lessons have value....or am I over thinking it?

everything has value. it's all in the eye of the beholder, however.
i use humor and stupidity to help me escape reality and lighten up. i tend to be a really intense, serious person.

So you's people want a safe place forum...What should we call it? Snowflake land?

I could lock everything so no one could do anything in there, and just post up threads containing picutres of butterflies and unimacorns and have soothing meditation music...

But what about Stlaser, Kenworth and the rest of the common rabble.

they'd be in there right away junkin' the place up and then a bunch of hippies would be all upset and start PM'ing me.

Anyone thought about that?

And then when things got all evened out and "safe", well, Norm or some other knucklehead would be in there asking the question...You know, the one which stirs the pot and causes yet more controversy!

The way I see it the poor snowflake wusses would be lookin' for safety, then find themselves in some shark tank where you numb skulls baited them in the first place.

But if said thing were to happen, the perpetrator(s) would have to be the moderators...
