It was a mount for a something called a BEE Loader. Think of a big industrial articulating loader, but skid steer size. Guy had one with forks, looks like he does bees.

So to follow up on Utah Dave’s question. You’re going to take the bucket off and adapt it to your 305?

Yes, have the weld on ears already. Been looking for a 48 smooth bucket, 54 is good enough.

Want to do something like this with it, https://youtu.be/ia7ndqUizG8

Got this thing unloaded today, lul in the rain. I have a open bucket in the back yard that now has 8 inches in it.

Used ratchet straps to drag it out/off the truck after pulling the bucket pins. Sure I will find a use for those rams and the frame material.

Bucket is solid old school built. 1/4in panels and a 1/2 edge.

Those rams are almost 3ft and 3in and 4in diameter. That frame material would make a great brush guard for the tahoe!

Yup hot water heat in the floor with larger wood fired boiler sitting outside. Solar with propane fired generator. Get a couple log truck loads of firewood logs. Only need to split larger pieces to cut down the weight and for fire starter stuff. Set the deck up for heat in winter so he can enjoy it year round.

Heated floor is not off the table but feeding it would be an issue. I'm looking more at burning oil in the shop and for that. Wood stove in the house is a plan too.

Right now I am out of storage! 22ft trailer is covered as well as the utility trailer and I can't get it up there until the road clears in a couple months. Also waiting for the door insulation to be delivered here (they almost took to reno!). Plenty to do until then

Pulled the exhaust manifold (alum?) and made a tool to pull the injectors.

#4 would not budge, 3 came out OK, then went back to 4. New tool broke!! 10mm tool steel, guess it does like being welded.

Been on this again as I need it out of here and up at the Ridge.

Got metal for the door, still need to figure some bends for the door radius.

Upper cylinder is next, then back to the injectors.

Could not break the rod cap loose on the machine. Heated it up, pulled with all my 300lb effort but no way, even with a 36in pipe wrench. Could not use the breaker bar with the trailer sitting there.

Pulled it off and mounted it into a vise in the garage, 36in pipe wrench, 5ft helper bar and it came off on the second try. No heat, nothing fancy, just a good pull.

Cap came off clean, but with dust caps on it had a vaper lock, then the rod came right out with my oldest boys help. Checking my seal kit now, looks like a seal was messed up along with the nicked rod. Fluid is red, but seems clean. All the other fluid is clear so far.

Doing the whole thing. Neighbors brother does tig, hoping that will fix the nicks on the piston.

Thats how the seal came out. Piston looks good, just a bad install?

Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.
