Steinle Murderer goes back to the streets
« on: December 01, 2017, 08:46:10 AM »
I am appalled at the jury’s desicion to let this 7 time felon-5 time deportee go with just a nother felony.  Just another one to add to the list as a gun posession charge.  No big deal right, no big deal since he got off of being responsible for senselessly taking an American's life.
This is what this nation is coming to.  Come here as much as you want, soak up our benefits, hell even commit violent crimes.  Sounds like a twilight zone alternative universe where the green lights mean stop and red means go.

I hate that this happened. Its so disgusting. It's not clear to me how much of this was due to the prosecution trying to get him convicted of 1st degree murder vs manslaughter or something lesser. What I have heard is that he fired the gun but that he wasn't firing at Kate Steinle and the bullet ricocheted off the pier and killed her. It makes it no less horrible for her and her family. But 1st degree murder is generally reserved for premeditated crimes. But i will admit i havent paid too much attention to the trial itself.

It certainly is Exhibit A of the failures of our immigration laws, Obama's approach and Sanctuary Cities. I hope the Fed's pull every $ of funding from them.

This highlights what has happened to our justice system. It is now a system woven of a fabric of complicated technicalaties and deals.
Real justice would be much different.
So the prosecutor goes after the shooter with a hail mary murder 1 and doesn't get it because of a technicality, which I happen to agree with
I agree that a young lady was not intentionally targeted and murdered
But, in my country boy reasoning
Two facts remain undisputed
1. He fired the gun
2. That bullet killed a young woman

In my country boy mind that makes him responsible for her death

So if he isn't guilty of murder 1, he is never the less responsible for killing her.

So regardless of the prosecutions neat little package which he could not deliver, the death of our citizen was not paid for. In my world things would be much simpler. I think I would stand him in a concrete area like a rec area in a prison and then fire a volley of bullets into an adjacent wall. If a bullet ricocheted and found its mark, then in my mind justice would be served. If the bullet did not kill him, then following his recovery which would be in a humane manner, I would lock him up in prison for life.

The system, overtaken by socialist sheep has failed. We must serve justice and our God in any case we have authority and timing has placed us at that point. Concerning this point, had there been an armed citizen there, He should have shot down the killer on the spot. He would have been within his rights and a killer would be roasting in hell where he is ultimately going to anyway.

No, I'm not some crazed militant bigot, but I do believe in fairness and justice. And I do believe places like comifornia have gone mad.

Big issue yesterday with the verdict. They acquited him on both murder AND involuntary manslauter. Involuntary should have been a slam dunk as he admitted to shooting her. Discharging alone is a felony, besides possession and what about some federal charges??

Plus a federal judge has dismissed the families civil suits against the city/county and agency.

This state is in spiral down. Citizens don't matter, just what feels good. Even here we have a reasonable illegal population. I have been asked about my thoughts and I normally start with you will not like my answer.
