Just saw this on youtube, from DIY4x https://youtu.be/cxo5xkknXSs

I have the stuff just laying around and 3 axles to deal with right now.

I have a few methods for moving them. But honestly it’s hard to beat the small furniture movers from harbor freight and a couple jacks stands to get it up into place under a truck. I use tall pipe stands now with the 2 post though.

Been doing the same for some time. Just always seems to be a struggle and I don't have a shop hoist handy.

So how do you get the axle on that fancy jack head? Six one half a dozen the other, I noticed in video they didn’t show how they did that part.

I use a hoist, but that does nothing for it once under the truck. I have used blocks and dollys like you. I always seem to end up on a jack and they don't like jacks!

Oh, I thought you said you didn’t have a hoist?

Engine hoist, yes. Not a huge run around the shop and drop it anywhere (which I love) hoist.
I also have 2 axle stands and an attachment for my engine stand.
