DOT's ALERT!
we have a new thread that we can DOT up!!!!
:) ;) :D ;D >:( :( :o 8) ??? ::) :P :-[ :-X :-\ :-* :'(
The pin drops out, the trailer lands on the bed rails and the pin box crushes the tail gate. Yep the one that just got repaired in the shop......
Anybody else lovin' this build thread like I am?Oh, yeah, probably a lot of us are there big D.
Thanks Red Neck for bringin' it home!
I think Big D installed one of those....good luck finding which page (My Build Thread).
You still grinnin' from the tune? I am, everyday I drive mine.
Haven't seen anybody point it out specifically, so I will. Did you see Don's PCV reroute?
That is alot of info!!
I like the side box, you have to store stuff you know!
Funny on the breaking the bead and the truck rolling. Like to say things like that never happen to me.
I have a DSP5 with Idaho Rob tuning. stock/light tow/heavy tow/100hp/150hp, I run the 100 all the time with a Jr kit in the tranny that should make it like yours. I get smoke when I stand on it, but just a few seconds and not real heavy smoke.
Mileage and EGTs are about the same, but I have a 4 inch with no muffler and down pipe still on the shelf.
I run my pvc into a T and down to the frame. I see a little trail of oil there, but never dripped. I have the EGR blocked too.
I also have a mild lift with 285/75-17s
My only concern with the twins is maintenance and hassle for so many more connections and parts. I want to install and drive reliably not wrench on it every weekend.
That's purdy.Other than the cummins engine, that cover may be the best part of a dodge....
...kinda Dodgeish tho. :poketex
Rectal seal??
two different takes on the situation:
1. believes twinning is the bees knees
2. reliability and lower hassle, the Stage 2 GT3794VVT with BatMoWheel is the way to go.
That is correct Kyle, I've heard really nice stuff too. easy 650hp and drop in replacement. Low egts, not as low as twins, but not bad. I'd love for my truck to be reliable and built enough to run 500hp when towing heavy. Love pulling out to the left on a grade with my 5th wheel and passing the dodge boys towing a bumper pull....
and not feel pressured to get the LML finished all in one weekend.
Tear it apart, tear it apart, tearteartear!
Well, MOVE!Tear it apart, tear it apart, tearteartear!
I agree, but then again I have to live vicariously through the build threads other people have.
Well, MOVE!
If you were down in the tucky near me, why today you'd be helping build an out house!
Think I'll DOT up Charles's thread some...
Wondering, what size is Bear? Ranger has some big feet. Vet says he is going to be a big one.
BTW, Ranger had surgery a couple days ago. Damm sled dog bit him in the eye! Tore the third eye all to heck and back. Had to have part of it surgically removed!
He's doing fine now
90, good size, is he quick at that weight? I think the vet said Ranger was headed north of 100. Time will tell
RN, sorry for chattin' up your thread, not like that has ever happened to me or my threads!
Bobby, post up a pic of Bear, I'd like to see what he looks like now before he fills out into an adult. He's a handsome dog.
Ohhhhhh man!!! That stinks!
I'll say a prayer for you that your neck pain is short-lived, and that the bus gets all fixed up good as new.
Glad nobody was seriously hurt.
I'm confused though....I can understand the system deploying the seat belt pretensions only if the crash is not sufficient but what would the charge be that ignited but didn't deploy the airbags? I thought airbags deployed with liquid nitrogen that turn to gas so fast that they inflate the airbag? I got burned on the face (not bad but like a mild sunburn) when one deployed in an accident.....why would it "go off" but the bag not deploy?
Still a little wonky in the head from the impact. I've lead with my face in a few scraps and I can't remember being hit this hard. I noticed that the sunroof cover, which was closed before I got hit, was halfway open when I looked at it tonight. The truck shot forward fast enought to open the shade on the sunroof.....
You mean that cry baby chain smoker Obama rubber stamp moron? Yeah it's a good thing. McConnell is next.Copy that

Good looking bumper thereWaxing poetic
It would cause me to want to accidentially back up into some kiA somewhere...
Looks good black, don't color match the thing...
You got too much of that goin' on in that suburban brain of yours!
Chrome don't get you home and color matched bumpers, are for rio grande jumpers!
my uneducated thoughts as well Phil. I ordered the steel ones to be safe. And ordered a starter powder coating kit from Eastwood. I want to try my hand at some powder coating and I will start with these lugs.Show some courage!
Now I just need to hit CL and find a cheap used oven...
I actually had to look that word up. Rofl. I used to carry a bag of ball bearings when I rode motorcycles regularly. Does that count?

Don't take a chance!
Exactly!Don't take a chance!
Experience speaking right there!
Don't take a chance!Didn't you see the two 8 1/2 ton Crosby shackles on the back?
Yeah, what are all these updates about? Is this a sale ad (is that allowed by the boss?)....
With some airbags on the LB7, it will tow all I need to tow with the built trans and tuned motor.
Stopping it may be a different story....
Well bringing the last pieces up to speed and a bump for Mr Woody as it gets close to hitting the sale block.
I forgot to update the backflip bed cover which works well with the fifth wheel
and today I had the windsheild replaced(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180822/65d58a3041ea784bd50514a44eaedac1.jpg)
And some shots of the paint after clay bar compound and wax

You could buy the property next to me in Idaho, 23 acres. Not flat enough for a large garden tho .

This morning I started the dually to move it and the marker lights on the right side werent working. That drives me crazy because thats how I can tell if its running after remote starting from the house.
Then remembered that I had Superbright LED markers that I never installed.
Fixed that lickety split
