Bobby, do you mind sharing who you work for?  I have quite a few buddies working for various companies in the Fox Valley area.

Congrats Bobby!  How did you work out the Half Days schedule?  ::)

Looks like 8.5 hours to me. 1/2 lunch and a solid 8.

I like 4/10's. Did that for years on graves when 20 and loved it, weekends off.

The long short version is that I ran to the store, saw a struggle in the bushes between a cop and the "perp", perp was swinging at him on the ground, he ran away (I thought he might have aquired the cops gun...but he didn't), I chased him down with my truck, stopped him at gun point, officer caught up and took over from there. Calvary showed up, original officer thanked me and I left the scene, feeling pretty good about it. Next day, different cop (my buddy) showed up at my shop and we made a few "fat/slow" cop jokes, and he told me I might be called in for questioning. No biggy I guess.

At least no shots were fired and he was caught. Hate when LEO starts loosing a fight, but it happens.

Just catchin' up...

Kenneth, Outstanding job!

But you failed to take the shot...I'm somewhat dissapointed.

I mean he did reach behind to get what you thought was a gun, right?

Good job Ken.  Were you giving some good strong verbal commands?  I just want to know which weapon you showed him?  A 1911?  A glock?  I assume if it was the 1911, you might have been concerned it would not go bang......:-)

hahahah. Yeah, 1911. Tex, you know I don't got no plastic guns!

...flipped on the led lights, acted like I was going to run him over, which forced him to stop running, I bailed out with pistola pointed at noggin, and started yelling get down get down  while advancing..at this point I had already seen that his hands were clear. He complied just as the officer came into my peripheral.

...oh yeah, methed out like crazy....maybe why he could run so darn fast! lol

Got my hands on some toast batteries.
Made 24 Volts trying out inverter.
Runs two heat guns effortlessly, while the batteries have voltage.

Going elk hunting tomorrow...I know, it's not what I did today, but once I'm in the woods, I won't be on here for a few days.
3 tags to fill...all friends of mine. Supposed to be in the teens (Extremely cold for me. lol) with a light dusting of snow tomorrow, and windy to boot.

..hmm, starting to have second thoughts after typing that.

Just bought a skidoo from a real man.
Other than a few pictures, have yet to see or touch.
The verbal mans word hand shake.

I'll know next week, but I have a feeling that it is the sister of the one I have.
Long story short, the fella I bought my Bertha from had two.
I think from talking to the guy I just bought from it is the other one.
Once I see the serial number I'll know for sure, but it was fate when I heard a few things about it, so now I have two work horses. Time to sell the Renegade.

And I'm loading bullets again tonight.
All I can say is I wish I'd've checked the zero on my scale last time.
It's all it could be, as 1200 rounds in the powder throw hasn't skipped a beat...
Dho!

.. it started out as a starter change. and well.. you can see what happened since i've been hanging around these parts too long  ;D

took the opportunity to degrease and pressure wash it all down since it's torn apart. come to find out that some of the vent tubes were busted and causing gas residue to get on ecerthing  and attract ever particle of dust in sight. needless to say, i've  replaced those tubes.
also, new ball joints left and right, steering bushings uper and lower, a voltage regulator and a shifter boot are heading my way. and a new coat of paint before winter.

Drove the Bus to work today.  Really like my old truck.

Tomorrow will pick up a commercial steam vapor generator to steam clean the master shower grout, the tile floor in the laundry and powder room, the oven and cook top, remove window tint from the rear windows

Mowed the LAWN for the last time - it actually had grown in addition to the neighbor leaf sharing program I can't seem to cancel my membership to  >:(.  Put mower away, covered patio furniture and put some stuff in the garage.  Uncovered the block heater plug for the Dmax, installed the winter front, changed all 4 headlight bulbs in the wife's MDX - those suckers are pricey - $21 a piece!  Fuel and fired up the snowblower, pre-staged with the auto start plug installed and bought a new non-metal snow shovel for the composite deck - since my daughter likes to shovel it, I figure I won't dampen her enthusiasm with hollering when she rolls up little curly q's of decking with the metal edges shovels like she did last year a time or two! :o

Does the neighbor share a bit of shade in the summertime also? I mowed again today too, then laid down another shot of moss killer. The weather guys are saying we might get a bit of snow tomorrow evening and Monday. Will be melted off quickly though as the weather doesn't stay cold enough this time of year to allow any build up.

About 15 years ago I built this shed at my mothers house, well the screws are rusted through, the bolts are broke off of the doors  and the floor has sagged enough the doors done work so well.  Today was bandaids the door day.
First remove old junk and see what is usable

Some of the remaining hardware

I made the choice to keep the panels and the inner frame for the winter season, I purchased new hinges, some trim to mount them to and relocate the hinges into the frame and not just the half inch panel  added s new door lock

This should keep the snow out and the homeless people warm if they choose

Planted 4 western red cedar trees, dumped the crapper and winterized the trailer, put up Christmas lights, got the Christmas tree inside for wifey, some other random to'do's. Watched Clemson win, unfortunately...... would have done  by Dawgs a big favor by losing.

Ok so the steak looks awesome of course
But the question is , will you elaborate on the steam cleaning of the tile/grout and how did it work?

So that steam generator is awesome.  337 degrees and 100 PSI.  It removes most anything, including skin if you get too close to it.  I cleaned three little areas of tile and then sealed the grout.     Tomorrow I will remove tint from the windows of the Bus in the rear.

Not cheap to rent, at $250 a day ( I get Sat and Sun for one day)

I plan to buy a smaller version at 313 and 75 PSI for about $800

Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.
