Racist, race baiting, plantation owners

As long as they keep blacks believing that: every one is racist, and blacks need a champion for their cause, they remain relevant and make money off those poor blacks, in essence keeping them on the plantation of hatred

Exactly.  These two....fighting against racial injustice....when in fact they create it for two reasons.  Relevence in the eyes of those whom they feel are their followers, and money. Instead of lifting people up, they like so many leftists keep the sheeple down because its the only way to stay in power.  Some folks are waking up, just need more many more.
