So this is kind of a two part thread....gas prices in my neck of the woods are now under $2 for regular unleaded and diesel is $2.25. As MA is usually pretty expensive I am curious what you guys are seeing?
Also I wanted to plug an app that I use (I have nothing to do with it other than I find it helpful). Its called "Gas Buddy". It lists stations in an area and their price (you can set the search for regular unleaded, mid grade, high octane or diesel). Its always frustrating to fill up and then a mile down the road see gas $0.03 cheaper. I don't always use it as I know the station near me that is pretty consistently the best but I like it for when I am driving some place I haven't been for a while or find myself needing a fill up in an unfamiliar location. You can use the "location" function on your phone and they will show you all the ones near you or you can simply search by a zip code, an address etc. (As much as I like some of the features of my Android phone I hate some of Google's snooping so rarely have the location function on....but I digress).
Anyway....just wanted to pass that along.

About the same here. I am working in Augusta so I can drive across the line into SC and get diesel for $1.96.

I get diesel for free....just steal it one gallon at a time from customer vehicles. My mouth has an oily feeling. :)
Disclaimer:
Just kidding to the people that don't know me and my weird sense of humor. Serious to everyone else.

Diesel is still $2.30 here as we are still being punished for killing the Keystone deal. So in my truck I am still running around on other liquids.
Gas is right at $1.92 I saw yesterday.

Cheapest I have seen diesel was $1.97. Gas is around $1.50 - $1.60. I don't buy much of that so I don't really notice the exact prices.

Another app to check out is GasTracker+ by Fuelly. Keeps logs of your fill-ups, service records, notes, reminders, etc. I've tracked 5129 miles over the last 7 months with an average of 16.6 MPG, 18.3MPG on the last tank.
