Well, my agent claimed to me that when second kids comes on it doesn’t change the rate much. You take the hit on the first kid in a big way.

Hehehe^^^
My wife's out of town, so I'm going to have a few of these for dinner, and tomorrow's breakfast.
Yeah I know, prepackaged. I'm not only a terrible cook, I pay more for my food (Schwanns came by last night)
Hope I don't destroy them. Yes, I'm that bad at cooking.

Went to my family’s old farm today.  Barn was 122 years old or so.    Grandpa went nutz and sold it for way under value.

I offered new owner $ for the little red Massey Ferguson tractor I learned to drive stick shift on.

He told me he uses it still but that I would be the first call when he does let it go.   He runs a large beef farm, 80 senior cows on our old field and a few hundred more up on the dry farm on the mt.   Invited us up for branding of the new cows in the spring time

WOAH! That would feed my house for several days! We only cook small sized chunks of meat. We also don’t have a smoker of any kind. Look forward to the results.

I can guarantee you didn't as I wasn't in the 101. I was 82nd, I don't have infantry stickers, grunt life, Jump wings with a patch on them, which is funny since the 101 isn't ABN anymore, or cook off stickers.

Plus I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee not a pickup... sadly.

While having morning coffee, and typing this response I had a realization that if I took those oval Afghanistan and Iraq stickers off my Jeep, you'd never know I was a vet. The only other sticker I have on my WK2 is a small dive flag and the military charity I'm a part of. But if you didn't know what you were looking at you wouldn't really tell.

Sorry Bobby. Don’t know why I thought 101st. My uncle was 82nd and was about to get into the another unit in Germany in the late 50s (88th? 77th? Can’t remember ) as a demolitions expert when he got blown up in a training op.

Fired up dad’s old Dodge to move some stuff for my brother in law. It quickly reminded me why it got the nicknamed “the death trap”. Not too many years ago dad had every component of the brakes replaced with new parts. Still doesn’t stop worth a darn. He said if I wanted it I could just have it. Said he’s put about 40 miles on it since thanksgiving and other than the brakes his biggest complaint is that he can’t take it anywhere without someone wanting to buy it.

I would buy it just to have it, never know where it may lead. Sure the brakes can be addressed.

Nate.

Vegas was great.
Glad to be back in the real world.
Our biggest fear was a “hangover” part 4 occurrence.
Some of our party is still there and they may go that route.
My big livers’ little liver has now breathed a sigh of relief as I go back to not drinking...
Not home for a couple more days yet so still not all normal.

The kids all had a blast and no one ended up in jail or hospital so a good trip I suppose by those standards.
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb.  I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

He didn’t want to sell it to me, just wanted to sign the title and give it to me. I told him I’d take it once he didn’t need it anymore but he should keep it for now. If he gets rid of his Dodge he’d have to use his 02 Duramax (with 61k miles on it) for some actual work. That’d be terrible.

We had 48 scouts participate. There were a few that couldn't make it due to the weather. My nephew got 2nd in the Pack. Zane gave it a good run. They ran 6 times. He won 1 and second 5 times. Not enough to win anything but if I had to guess he was in the top 15. He has a fast car. Just not fast enough. His times were consistent. Most cars got slower as the race went on.

Oh man, that's a treasure right there!
So my neighbor on the back side. His property touches mine in this foo-foo hippy town neighborhood of mine is a tractor collector. About once a month the "Guys" meet up on his place. You'll see 40-50 rare tractors and they drive them here. Really cool! They parade them through our neighborhood in a procession sometimes.
I'd get that thing and restore it and hand it down to my kids when I was 80 if I were you. That's what a Don would do, no telling what a Dave would do though.

I took the dogs out for a walk yesterday morning before church. Saw them take off over the hill just in front of me and walked up that way to find them going after a skunk. As I turned tail and took off running I was yelling over my shoulder to get off it. Didn’t work, they both got a good spray, the little one got the worst of it. Suffice it to say I didn’t make it to church yesterday morning, but I did take a couple of showers and bathe the dogs to get most of the stink off.

Well saturday I paid off a credit card bill. Yesterday I saw my jeep's windshield was cracked, today I replaced it for a lovely total of $432 and change.  Got to work at 0430, work was cancelled, got to leave at 1300. So there's that.

Good stuff on the shelf.  Too bad they don't have the barrel strength of the single barrel Jack.  What's right in front of the front hoof?  Looks like an orphan barrel of some kind?  Old Blowhard?  Blood Oath?

Its called finesse...  Not sure you guys have it.  You could break a bowling ball.....
Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.

Pretty much how my whole day went, time for a fiberglass upgrade....

Oh the humanity...
Those are always fun...

FWIW the fibreglass aren’t a whole lot better. Broke them too.
And you can’t use linesman pliers on the glass either to pull.
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb.  I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

My good friend is a master electrician at local hot roll mill back in Indiana. Problem I had was the steel ones kink after time and then make getting it back in the housing problematic until it fails completely. So that was my issue & he suggested the fiberglass unit. Although I’m sure his sponsor for his tools is willing to spend way more than I am for my once every 5 year job. At the moment I have about 4 runs to pull then I’m done so if it lasts thru those I’ll be golden.

You mean rope? My experience with rope is a first time pull of wire. We did that with large three phase cable and a forklift before. However, my cable is smaller and pulling by hand. First pull (6 ga x 3) is done now I have two more runs to pull so getting rope back in there would be tough.
