I met up with my medic from my last deployment back in 2010 for lunch. he and his family are coming over for dinner tomorrow evening, so that meant i had to trim and season a 20lb angus prime brisket along with prep a italian noodle salad for tomorrow.Shawn, my buddy actually lives just south of you down in colorado springs.And just cause mike was crying the other day, so i thought i would rub it in...lol

there is a small burner (like on your stove) at the bottom which give it the heat and also is used to make the smoke. there is a little tray above the burner that you put the wood chips on. I think the most they will get to is 275deg, anything above that is a miracle. they work great for jerkey, summer sausage, pork butts for pulled pork.
