Exhaust is much easier with a flux core wire

Will have to try that. I do understand you get better penetration with flux core on thicker metals with less power.

Got my tomatoes mudded in. To wet to get in the fields and they were getting big so I had to get them out of the house. I have raised garden beds so that made it eaiser. Discovered the chickens tore up my onion patch. No more free ranging for you.

I am squarted from the get go, my torsion bars are turned up to clear the big A tires, the trailer looks bad because of the gutter area, there is a drain under the tongue.

I have got a price on bags$300 and will be ordering asap.   This trailer will be loaded with my house stuff and parked.  So not terribly hurried for bags

LOL, at Les Schwab we used to do the old torsion crank to stuff 285/75/16 under stock height Silverados under protest, then laugh at them when they came back to complain about ride quality. so-cal squatters we called them.

It's about two inches taller in the front, I didn't want to mold my new inner fender liners. So.... yeah she has a little lean to it

A long padlock through the ball latch on the top with latch down is what I used on ours for the three years we had it. That's because the ball type lock wouldn't fit around the hitch.

Long as you don't crank em all the way, they need a little down travel. Had many a debate over that (TB) but 285 should fit fine (probably more shock than TB)

I have my M1101 trailer chained to my TH. The TH gets the ball type lock.

Been traveling for most of 2 weeks.

2001. Just hit 149k. 14 months ago when I rebuilt the suspension it had 130k. I've been running it more especially on the weekends, which was the point of rebuilding.

I had been averaging 4K a year until last year.

I have a combo from master lock I bought at local tractor supply. Pin lock for hitch & small pin lock for coupler, anodized locks with rubber weather seal (believe it was under $30)

Nice Ken!
I just finished round two of the gong repair at our range.
I volunteered to fix it at our annual meeting.
We did a lot of work last summer with bush clearing and rebuilding the berms.
When the gong was moved the stand broke off the heavy end.

I went out on Thursday and didn't have enough blocks.
Had it almost in the crutch of the stand and ran out of gas.
Me lifting it the last six inches sucked. And I was an inch too short, calf raise sunk in the toes and missed by a quarter inch...

So back today with more lumbe, and for some reason I don't have a sore neck. Lol.

Here is he gongs.

I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb.  I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

Ken how many people realistically did it take to place that concrete, screed and float?

Oh, yesterday I put the fifth wheel on consignment and changed an air strut on the wife's SUV. Then took the wife out for dinner and had a 22 oz bone in dry aged prime NY strip.  Then invited my neighbor over for some macallen 18 as a send off. His dad was one of the original residents in our neighborhood and passed last year. His son was living with him to take care of him in his last days and just sold the house and is moving to rural AR on 25 acres adjoining the national forest.

There were a total of 10 guys, including myself, that showed but as little as 2 could pour a couple pads that size...4 would be minimum for rookies imo.... it kinda depends on the patience of the delivery guy. They like to dump it and go on to the next job. (One pad was 25x12 and one was 15x12... total of 9 yards.) The more guys the better though.

I was going to say 3-4 guys but 2 who knew what they were doing could do it. Concrete truck drivers can wait in my opinion. I poured Crete for 3 years right out of high school, not something I like to do but it's not out of my skill set.

I dug out 3' wide by 43' this morning 6" deep, widening our driveway 3' on each side Tuesday morning (only 3 yards) & doing it myself well & with the help of the concrete driver which is whatever help he will give me!

Nope, I don't think it will go anywhere. I am using expansion joint material between the slabs though as it does freeze here.

I also normally dig it deeper next to the existing slab. Help keep it from walking away....

Changed lower rad hose and steering box.
Fresh air filter while I had stuff out.

Man that hose is a PITA. I think having the steering box out made it easier.
Not real happy about the steering box, only a year old. Good news was I caught it 10 days before the one year warranty was up. Hope this one does better.
Currently waiting for the engine to warm up so I can dump the water currently in it.
One more after that and fill back up with fresh coolant.

Oh yeah, took the winter tires off of mamas car also.

So, ended up going for a drive to get a good flush.
Then, a couple miles down the road, no power steering and no brakes!

So do I have a blockage, or did the pump give up the ghost?

Well he made it! And so did we! My oldest step-son.... pretty proud of him! Guess he will take it from here!

Well, kids both had sleepovers.  This morning I met my buddy for breakfast tacos before the wife got up.  Brought her home some breakfast tacos too.  picked the kids up from the sleepovers.  Had bible study about authority in the christian home.  Lots of responsibility.  Then the girls and I washed mamma's SUV. ( I changed the air strut yesterday and good news is that it was still inflated this morning)   Then I started washing windows inside and out.  Much bigger project than I expected or remembered.  Some windows had bad water spots on them on the outside.  I found that soft scrub cleanser and a sponge worked well.  Then wash and use squeegee.  Windex and paper towels on the inside.  Then replaced some defective flourescent fixtures in the garage with new LEDs.  Much better.
Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.
