Some sort of valve will be required as it states do not trap the drain line, must flow free. Should be as easy as a flapper like we have on our air cleaners.

Give me a link to the CCP, I come with walther pistols and schools.
NFA. Why would it be be bad to have them in the mix when the bill is drawn up? Sure just don't want congress to just be in charge there!
NRA is working with the Firearms coalition and CRPA out here trying to stop some of these stupid laws.
They may not do 100% of what everyone wants, but they are the biggest and why they are a target now. Remember, divide and conquer works both ways.

I hear it is now 4 officers were on scene and did nothing. I couldn't live with myself if I were in that situation.
All including the sheriff should resign.

After reading all of this I agree with some, but not all.
The laws on the books should be enforced, spirit of the, not just letter of the law (common sense)
No "permits" to buy/transfer a gun. I see nothing in the Constitution saying a right needs a permit? Permission to give my gun to my child?
Looks at gunrights as a big pie, it is always the same size. Everytime a new law is passed, the pie gets smaller, but we are not safer. Look how well these "laws" work in cities like NY and Chicago, even thought he pie is basically gone.
I bring up the vehicle argument all the time. I have used it for years and ask someone when was the last time you heard about a car ban after a drunk or old person ran over a bunch of people? You can get a car that does 150mph easy, but why do you need it? Why do I need another gun, I like it, just like a car or BIG truck. Why do you need a mag that holds more than 10 rounds, less reloading, more fun.
Mental health is another issue. That needs to be addressed across state lines and included in backgrounds. When a person cannot function or is unpredictable, there firearm possession should be checked. But with a standard, not a simple box checked off by 1 person or 1 Dr.
Now tell me how the NRA is bad? True much (doners/business) is about money but they teach safety, support gun owners, take items to court for the little guy.

Well, lets try this. I used an online compressor. About as big as a good picture now.
This was on a borrowed track. The black thing is the starting peg.

Congrats on the races!
Hmm, our open class still followed the same rules. Just finished with my last one, buddy and I ran as we rebuilt the track donated bu another pack.
My buddy does vinyl so we dressed it up!
I even put a video camera on a car once but the file is to big to post here.

Well when I had my garage fire I was out of the house for 6 months during the rebuild. It was supposed to be under 2 months, but the fire dept damaged everything in the house!
Farmers put us in a big chain hotel with breakfast and dinner buffet's. They handled the billing and gave us a food allowance. I was insured for reconstruction with code upgrades.
Adjuster was here the next day and for about a week as I went through things for claims. It was around $200k hen finished.

I think it said $90. This will be a hot room to, same reason I went with high end insulation.
The head unit is on a semi outside wall which works well to hide the lines. The stairway wall will end up being around 6 thick when finished with pipes/venting and AC lines.

I may have to look into that. I was treated well with Farmers but options are nice!

Just dropped $450 on vinyl flooring for it and the bathroom. Floating floor with built in underlament.
Closet doors came in also.

The units mount as any split system does. Standard lines were 16ft, I got 25ft lines.
Ext unit has a bottom drain right onto the roof, but I will run a short line from there to the gutter.
Interior unit has a drain and there is vent line from the washer/dryer under it so it will be plumbed into that. I could drain it to the roof also, but the vent being there should work great.

Here is the basic layout for the HVAC split unit.
Need to redo this as the built in shelves are gone and the sink is on the other side of the of the bathroom with the wall kicked out about 6 inches.

Its a Senville unit I got off Ebay for $580 with a longer hose kit. Feed back was good, shipping was free and it is a 15.2 seer.
Comp is 24x30 and the head unit is 24x8x8 with remote.
Drilled the last hole for the lines last night and will run the hose later today and finish the sheetrock.

Didn't want the big ol cans going through my 7in insulation and these were 1/4 the price and simply fit in the hole you cut out of the sheetrock.

All states require a drivers side mirror at least.
You sure about this JR? Research I did states Colorado does not. If you do not then you need full unobstructed view of the rear via your rear view mirror which I have.
Yep, I read the code. True you must have at least 1 mirror with unobstructed view. That means no rear tint, nothing in the rear window, no rear passengers no spare tire or blocking cargo in back. What wheels??

They are touting freedom of speech for the kids, why no the teacher?
I like her, breath of fresh air! Heard this many time in the past few days on the radio, not any TV of course.
At the the kids taking to the prez and such today said they liked what he was doing so far. I bet the media hates that.
Is she single? Wait I'm married and 3k miles away,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I have a 2A 12v driver for the LEDs in the top box. It also has an on/off for the fan. So far it does not run the LEDs. Puts out 12v, but lights don't, well light!
Lower has a 3 button switch for the LEDs so each row can be on/off and there is a dimmer on the main switch. Fan has a separate remote with its own LED.
Got up a little sheetrock, hopefully finish that tomorrow. No texture for this room, hope I can do that justice with my mudding.
Opened up the wall for the new door. This will allow a 3 foot landing, a closet to the right, new room U turn to the left and 1/2 bath to the left.
This will all be closed off via a barn door to the rest of the upstairs.

Finished the LED wiring and the insulation. Still have not found the correct convertor for the LEDs. They work fine with the stock driver, just 5.8 watts for 2 lights (4000k each).

I heard about this when it happened. More BS from a company that doesn't get it here in the US.
Have not been in one for years, guess I won't for the foreseeable future!
Funny thing, you cannot keep an on duty LEO from any public business, gun free or not.

I thought about making one, well 2. Maybe on my lathe. Not made for wood but a little can't hurt.
Bending that corner will not work, too tight.

Prayers sent, wish I was more on time with this. As long as the family is safe, it is OK. (sorry for the pup)
Mementos are the big thing to loose, I have been through that. So glad you found that box!
Being fully insured is helpful, but it takes months to get through it all.
God Bless you all Duane!!

Heck, I am using a cup upstairs when I work right now.
There is a sink next to that rear wall as the plans show. You could tap another drain into that easy as well as the water. A toilet might be a challenge as the others or are the far side of the house and it will need to be a 3 inch pipe for that. Heck a sink out there and a urinal would be a blessing when you are working on things.

Heck, they get over 300 out of the 5.3, mid 4's should be easy for the 6.2. 8.1 is still better, but not a diesel.

I believe you have to have an exterior standard door to the garage, not the house, for safety. With that big lot a rear roller would be nice.

Sweet house and garage. Bedrooms up stairs? 9.5 ceilings, great!
Have them add a big door out the back. Neighbor has one, works great! You have to walk through the house to pee? With your mud room and washer dryer there a toilet would be easy!

Ran the conduit down and through the solar inverter. This was the last wire that will run the AC head and a 20amp outlet with USB.
LED, insulation and sheetrock this week!

Wife started a new shift, 0600-1400 with s-m off. She's happy but now I get to get all the kids to school (3 diff ones) and pickup 2.
Got all the little things done on the Dmax last week (#8 glow-themos-upper balls and tie rods), now the tailgate won't open, sounds the rod came off but no time today with V day.
Seeing the Dr in the AM for the right knee. Moving slow, can't sleep. Feels like a knife below the kneecap.
Ran conduit for the last of the elec on the room, pulled the wire and got it all hooked up. Goal is to have it done by the end of the month.
