Southern OR is pretty "us type guys" friendly, part of the reason we moved here. although the Kommie Kate laws have trickled down, so you can be flagrantly high as a kite in public and there's not much they can do about it. I'm not very big, but I can do a very deep booming Dad Style, HEY! when I need to. Had a tweaker start walking my way with my daughter and just yelled, "HEY, don't be bringing your crazy over this way!" Dude just about faced and started back towards the corner. had a guy come up to me later in the store and tell me they were packing and watching in case he didn't back down. I think we're about fed up here.
