Yet another socialist absurdity from the pit of horrors.  I cant even fathom how they think these people will use these funds to pay mortgage or “catch up”.  This no strings attached funds will be used in all the same places welfare checks are.  Shoe show clubs and hair and nails.

Un. Believable. The disparity of the left is blatant and disgusting.

They know that this crap doesn't work. It's been proven over and over again. So, what's their true motives? Power? Greed? both probably

I'd say Nieviety

These politicians have lived their lives in a protected and supervised bubble. None of them have ever worked a real job, never built anything, never sacrificed for others, and my bet is that the majority of them do not believe in God.

They are truly lost, but well financed to get their message into the hands of the voting illiterate.

Meanwhile the state of Illinois is already so broke that many state funded construction projects were put on hold mid way through.  I have heard of contractors that have been put out of business because the state never paid them for their work and they couldn't keep operating when the state owed them huge amounts of money.
